The Democratic Alliance in the Eastern Cape is divided into 12 Constituencies which stretches from Baviaans in the east to as far west as Matatiele on the Kwazulu Natal border, and as far north as Aliwal North on the banks of the Orange River.

The DA in the Eastern Cape has 6 Members of Parliament, 6 Members of the Provincial Legislature, 1 Member of the National Council of Provinces, 101 municipal councillors and 25 staff members serving under the Provincial Director.
